When can I pay?

Payments open soon. Until then Free works in full, and asking to upgrade records your request so we can switch your plan on as soon as they do. Nothing on your site changes until you say so.

Is VAT included?

Free and Start prices include VAT. Pro and Team prices exclude it, and a valid VAT number gets the reverse charge.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of any charge, yearly renewals included, with no questions. Unused top-ups are refundable within 14 days too.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly plans run to the end of the month you paid for, yearly plans to the end of the year. A Start site then drops to Free, back on its sunloft.page address with the badge and everything kept. Cancelling never deletes a site.

Do edits roll over?

On Start, Pro and Team, unused edits carry over for one month, up to one month’s allowance. So a launch month on Start can use up to 300.

Can I buy more edits?

Once payments open: 100 edits for $10 on Start, or $40 on Pro and Team. Top-ups last 12 months and never renew on their own.

How does the Pro trial work?

Pro is in early access. Connecting your first repo starts 14 days with 50 edits, and no card. Your site stays in your repo and on your host the whole time.

Do you train AI on my site?

No. Your site, your words and your enquiries are never used to train models, ours or anyone else’s.
