Additional terms for Sunloft

These terms add what is specific to Sunloft, the website builder and host at sunloft.ai, which is run by Never Before Seen Ventures Limited. They apply alongside the terms above.

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep the email address you sign in with secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Plans and edits

Sunloft has a Free plan, and paid plans once payments open. Each plan includes an allowance of edits that resets every month. You can buy top-ups if you need more. Running out of edits never takes your site down.

AI-generated content

Sunloft uses AI to write and change your site, and it can get things wrong. You are responsible for checking what is on your site before you publish it, and for what your published site says.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sunloft to make or host:

  • phishing pages, scams or other fraud
  • malware, or links that deliver it
  • sites that impersonate another person or business
  • illegal content

Don't use the forms on your site to collect passwords, card numbers or other payment details. If a site breaks these rules, we can take it down, and we will tell you that we have and why.

Your site is yours

Your site and its content belong to you. You can export its code at any time, on any plan, and take it elsewhere. You let us store, build, host and change your site only as needed to run Sunloft for you.

Refunds and cancellation

  • Paid plans are monthly. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
  • Cancelling never deletes your site. A cancelled Start site drops to Free and keeps working on its sunloft.page address, with the Sunloft badge.
  • You can have a refund within 14 days of any charge. Unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • Consumer prices, such as Start, include VAT.
  • Business prices, such as Pro and Team, exclude VAT. If you give us a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
