Which one to choose

Choose Webflow if…

  • Your team is happy designing on a visual canvas.
  • You need Webflow’s CMS, localisation or interactions.
  • Your site lives in Webflow and isn’t moving to code.
  • You want the big pool of Webflow templates and agencies.

Choose Sunloft if…

  • Your marketing site is moving to code, or already has.
  • The people who write the site need to change it without a developer.
  • You want approvals without an annual platform contract.
  • You’d like to keep your own repo and your own host.
What decides it

The differences that matter.

Where the site lives, what approvals cost, and what you can use now. Each fact links to Webflow’s own page.

It works on your code.

Webflow sites are built in Webflow, and exported code can’t be brought back in. Sunloft Pro edits the repo you already have, on drafts, and publishing merges to your main branch.

Moving from Webflow

  • There’s no import from Webflow yet.
  • If your team is rebuilding the site in code, connect the new repo to Pro, with the old addresses as redirects.
  • If you’d rather start again from a description, Start writes a new site in a few steps.

Before you switch.

Can Sunloft import my Webflow site?

Not yet. Pro works on a coded site in GitHub, so the usual path is your developer’s rebuild in Next.js or Astro, then connecting that repo.

Does Sunloft have a visual designer?

No. You change the site by asking in a sentence, or by clicking the part of the page you mean and describing the change. If your team loves the canvas, Webflow is the better fit.

Can we use Pro now?

Pro is built and in early access. Sign in and connect your repo through the Sunloft app on GitHub, and the 14-day trial starts, with 50 edits and no card. If connecting isn’t open for your account yet, the connect page says so.

Try it on your own site.

Connect your repo and change it by asking, on drafts the right person approves.
